Business Rescue

Our team can facilitate the rehabilitation of your company by way of Business Rescue which was introduced by the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008. If one of our team members is appointed as Business Rescue Practitioner, he or she will manage the affairs of your company and conduct certain investigations after which a Business Rescue Plan will be developed and implemented. This Business Rescue Plan is aimed at restructuring the affairs, business, property, debt and other liabilities and equity of the company. 

Through Business Rescue, we can create some breathing space for your company in terms of a moratorium on the right of creditors and to ensure the most favourable outcome for all parties affected.
